The School of Confectionary is designed to use advanced video training tools to teach students through a step-by-step guide on how to produce various confectionary recipes with high economic value. The objective is to arm students with the necessary tool and proficiency skill to guide them in setting up their own confectionary business. Students also have the opportunity to acquire a diploma certificate that can enable them gain employment in a confectionary factory.
When you register to the School of Confectionary, you will learn the following:

- How to Make Biscuit
- Pies and Rolls Production
- Cake and Muffin Production
- ICE Cream, Beverage and Custard Production
- How to Make Snacks
You will also learn General Nutrition and Kitchen Planning.
Upon completion of the program, students will obtain a diploma in confectionary.
